Should we ask our workers to scan the tools?
No, the application works based on the presence detection of our BLE sensors. Only the Bluetooth of the smartphone must be switched on and the application does the rest, like your hands-free kit in the car. The GPS position is sent directly via the phone’s network.
What is the lifespan of the sensors?
It depends on the sensor between 5 and 10 years. We offer sensors the size of a €2 coin with a replaceable battery. This sensor is hidden in the tool and can therefore last several years without any problem. Others are IP-68 and can be installed outside the equipment.
Can we install the sensors ourselves?
Yes, you can do it completely yourself. Since our sensors have their own battery, it is not necessary to be approved to install the equipment because there is no connection with the tool. Simply place and locate.
Do we need an IT department?
You don’t need an IT department. The program works perfectly independent of any system and only with your smartphone you can enjoy the program. It’s really “Tag and Go”: you install the sensor, then the mobile application and go! There is also a web application and various user guides available.
If needed, do you offer support?
Of course, our Customer Success team are there to help you set up your project or answer any questions you may have. We also offer training sessions to better understand the different features. Although the app is intuitive, there is support!
Can you integrate with our ERP or in-house software?
Yes, if your software is open to integrations via RESTful API, we can give you access to our public API. Completely documented, they can be used by your own development team with the support of our API team.
